Education and Experience:
· A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Website Design/Maintenance, Information Systems Management, or another related field
· At least one year of related work experience, including customer service, data collection, and/or administrative support
· Alternate combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Competencies:
Knowledge of:
· Principles and practices of computer system, data maintenance, and reporting
· Website development, including content management systems, digital asset management systems, website analytics software, basic HTML 5 & CSS 3, website design, graphic design
· Customer service standards
· Principles and practices of marketing, public relations, basic English formatting and editing, administrative office support, and records management
· General knowledge of the State of Montana, including its geography, history, and attractions
Ability to:
· Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
· Work with a large volume of data on a computer system
· Build and maintain effective working relationships with department staff, customers, and the general public
· Work independently
