The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Early Childhood & Family Support Division, Family & Community Health Bureau.
The Program Assistant provides administrative support for the new Montana Obstetrics and Maternal Support (MOMS) grant focused on decreasing maternal mortality and morbidity through the use of telemedicine. This position is located in the Family and Community Health Bureau. Responsibilities include: 1) Attending meetings, taking notes, and transcribing minutes; 2) Contract monitoring of timelines, multiple funding sources, and reporting requirements; and 3) Reviewing and monitoring budget expenditures and preparing budget reports for management review.
